退換貨政策 Refund Policy

要符合退貨條件，您的商品必須與您收到時的狀況相同，未磨損或未使用，帶有標籤，並且保留有原始包裝。您還需要收據或購買證明。

產品損壞和問題
請在收到時檢查您的訂單，如果商品有缺陷、損壞或收到錯誤的商品，請立即與我們聯繫，以便我們了解問題並更正。 

例外/不可退回的物品

請注意，我們不接受特價商品或禮品卡的退貨。

要開始退貨，您可以通過 romancelife.store@gmail.com 或 Instagram (Romance Life.store) 與我們聯繫。如果您的退貨被接受，我們將向您發送退貨運輸資料，包括有關如何以及向何處寄送包裹的說明。此外，您將承擔退貨運費。請注意，不接受在未事先要求退貨的情況下寄回給我們的物品。

換貨政策
確保您得到想要的東西的最快方法是退回您擁有的商品，一旦退貨被接受，請再次單獨購買新商品。我們將盡快交付您的新產品。

退款政策
我們會在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知您，並通知您退款是否獲得批准。如果獲得批准，您將通過原始付款方式自動獲得退款。請記住，您的銀行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些時間來處理和郵寄退款。

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Also, you will afford the return shipping fees. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will deliver your new item as soon as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
