購物須知 Service Policy

  1. 下單後請於三日內完成訂單詳情及付款程序。逾期，本店將取消該訂單而不作另行通知。付款後會為客人確認訂單並安排訂貨與出貨。
  2. 如使用銀行轉帳﹑Payme/轉數快等付款方式，付款後請提供入數紙/Cap圖證明
  3. 在全套交易完成前，以免出現爭議，請保留過數紙/cap圖以茲證明，如不能出示入數紙將被視為未完成交易需重新付款
  4. 所有貨品均有可能存在輕微色差或尺寸誤差，經洗滌後亦可能出現輕微褪色或縮水情況為正常情況。
  5. 客人享七日退換服務，請注意退換之貨品要符合退貨條件，您的商品必須與您收到時的狀況相同，未磨損或未使用，帶有標籤，並且保留有原始包裝。您還需要收據或購買證明，以便作出換貨安排。（詳情請參考退換貨政策）
  6. 下單後，訂單一律不作更改；如需更改，煩請透過電郵romancelife.store@gmail.com或dm聯絡本店跟進
  7. 預訂貨品將於兩至四星期內出貨；現貨將於3天內寄出
  8. 寄出後會通知根據相關連絡方式通知客人的貨單編號與貨件追蹤編號
  9. Romance Life_Store保留一切最終決定權。

 

付款方式

我們接受不同支付方式，包括銀行過數、Payme、Visa、Apply Pay、Paypal、Mastercard (萬事達卡) 及 American Express (美國運通信用卡)等。

 

運送方式

免運費寄送服務只限香港，台灣與澳門地區，國際運送需收取運費。如有疑問，請聯絡本店了解。

現貨會於3個工作天內寄出，預訂貨品則需2-4星期內寄出。

Shopping Notes

  1. Please complete the full set of transaction procedures within three days after placing the order. Overdue, the shop will cancel the order without further notice.
  2. All products may have slight color difference or size error, and it is normal that there may be slight fading or shrinkage after washing.
  3. If you receive a defective product or a wrong product or the size does not match, please keep the label and contact the store within 7 days after receiving the product to make replacement arrangements. (For details, please refer to the return and exchange policy)
  4. Romance Life Store reserves the right of final decision.
